Its IEEE 802.11g radio delivers live network connectivity, while a laser scanning engine reads 14 1D symbologies including UPC A, UPC E, EAN 8, EAN 13, Code 128, Code 39 Full ASCII and Codabar. The 3.3-inch grayscale LCD runs at 320 x 240 VGA resolution, and the 52-key alphanumeric keypad supports prompt data entry. Windows CE 5.0 serves as the operating system, and the included 2200 mAh Li-Ion battery powers the unit. PC Card Type I and Type II slots provide expansion flexibility. At 1.10 lb, the terminal meets an IP54 ingress rating and survives 48-inch drops to concrete, with CE electrical, FCC Part 15, and CDRH Class II laser certifications.
