The Zebra ZQ630 Plus is a professional mobile direct thermal label and receipt printer designed for field workers and mobile associates in retail, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics environments. Printing at up to 115 mm per second at 203 dpi, it produces sharp barcodes, text, and graphics across a maximum print width of 4.1 in./104 mm, handling linered media up to 4.4 in./112 mm and linerless configurations to reduce consumable waste. A 6,600 mAh removable PowerPrecision+ Li-Ion battery sustains operations through extended shifts, while Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, serial, and Ethernet connectivity options simplify integration with existing host systems and mobile devices. The IP54-rated, high-grade resin housing with over-molding and a tempered-glass color display delivers drop tolerance of up to 6 ft./1.83 m, and support for ZPL, ZPL II, EPL, and CPCL command languages eases deployment across Zebra Link-OS environments.
