The Zebra ZQ630 Plus is a professional mobile direct thermal label and receipt printer designed for field workers and mobile associates in retail, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and logistics environments. Printing at up to 115 mm per second at 203 dpi, it produces sharp barcodes, text, and graphics across a maximum print width of 4.1 in./104 mm, handling linered media up to 4.4 in./112 mm and linerless configurations to reduce consumable waste. A 6,600 mAh removable PowerPrecision+ Li-Ion battery sustains operations through extended shifts, while Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, serial, and Ethernet connectivity options simplify integration with existing host systems and mobile devices. The IP54-rated, high-grade resin housing with over-molding and a tempered-glass color display delivers drop tolerance of up to 6 ft./1.83 m, and support for ZPL, ZPL II, EPL, and CPCL command languages eases deployment across Zebra Link-OS environments. RFID capability is available on compatible configurations.

What print resolution and maximum print speed does the Zebra ZQ630 Plus deliver, and how wide a label can it handle?
The Zebra ZQ630 Plus prints at 203 dpi with a maximum speed of up to 115 mm per second. It supports a maximum print width of 104 mm and accepts media up to 112 mm wide for linered media, or up to 104 mm wide for linerless media.
What is the battery capacity of the Zebra ZQ630 Plus, and how rugged is it for field use?
The ZQ630 Plus carries a 6600 mAh PowerPrecision+ Li-Ion battery according to the ZQ600 Plus Series spec sheet, and is rated IP54 for dust and water resistance with drop tolerance of up to 1.83 m to concrete.
Which label programming languages does the Zebra ZQ630 Plus support, and will it work with my current Zebra label templates?
The ZQ630 Plus supports CPCL, EPL, ZPL, and ZPL II programming languages, making it directly compatible with existing ZPL and EPL label templates used across Zebra's broader printer portfolio.
In which industries and workflows is the Zebra ZQ630 Plus typically deployed?
The ZQ630 Plus is designed for retail (shelf-edge labels, markdowns, mobile point-of-sale receipts, return labels), manufacturing and warehousing (pick-and-pack, raw materials, finished goods, RFID case and pallet labels), and transportation and logistics (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics).
Can the Zebra ZQ630 Plus print RFID labels, and what media types does it accept?
RFID capability is available on the ZQ630 Plus as a separate product configuration; the sources note it is RFID compatible. Beyond RFID, the printer accepts die-cut labels and tags, linerless labels, receipt paper, and media detected via black bar and gap sensing, on rolls up to 66 mm outer diameter with a 19 mm or 34.9 mm inner core.
