The Zebra ZT620 is a heavy-duty industrial thermal transfer label printer designed for procurement and IT teams running high-volume, mission-critical labeling operations in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail distribution, and healthcare environments. Built on an all-metal frame, it delivers monochrome thermal transfer printing at speeds up to 12 ips (305 mm/s) and resolutions up to 300 dpi, handling media widths from 2.0 in. to 7.1 in. on rolls up to 8.0 in. in diameter. A 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen simplifies operator control and status monitoring, while Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB, and serial connectivity ensure straightforward integration with existing enterprise systems. Running on the Link-OS platform, the ZT620 supports ZPL, ZPL II, and XML emulations, and is Energy Star qualified for cost-conscious operations.
