The FR22 Fixed UHF RFID Reader by Brady is a versatile device designed for automated data collection and exchange across various platforms and use cases. The FR22 is suitable for asset tracking, inventory, inspection labeling, RFID labeling, and temperature indicating labeling. It features integrated Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LAN, USB, and GPIO. Additionally, it has HDMI video output. The reader runs on a Linux operating system, providing edge computing capabilities. Users can run plugins or applications directly on the FR22 equipped with a quad-core A7 1.1GHz processor. WIth 1GB RAM and 8GB of flash storage, the F22 can read up to 1000 tags per second, making it efficient and unparalleled compared to other readers. The FR22 supports an optional 16-port antenna multiplexer and a beam-forming antenna with 28 individual beams for directionality detection ensuring maximum flexibility.
