The Intermec PM43CA1140041202 ships with an integrated rewinder fitted as standard, making it a ready-to-run direct thermal and thermal transfer label printer without additional accessories. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 12 in/s across a 4.25-inch print width, accepting media up to 4.50 inches wide and 10.40 mil thick on rolls to 8.38 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core. Gap, notch, black mark and continuous label stocks are all supported, with transmissive and label taken sensors managing detection. Connectivity covers serial, USB and Fast Ethernet, backed by 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB flash. A color LCD touchscreen with real-time clock supports daily operation, while Fingerprint, IPL, ZSim, DSim and XML emulation broaden integration options. Maximum power draw reaches 300 W, dropping to 9 W at standby, and the 27.65 lb chassis measures 9.9 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 7.1 inches tall.
