The PM43CA0120040202 ships with a factory-fitted internal rewinder and label taken sensor, making it a self-contained thermal transfer solution for continuous unattended label production. It prints monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 11.81 in/s across a 4.25-inch print width, accepting media up to 4.55 inches wide and 10.40 mil thick on rolls to 8.38 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core. Gap, notch, black mark and continuous label stocks are all supported, detected by transmissive and reflective media sensors alongside the label taken sensor. On-board memory runs to 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB Flash, while language emulation covers Fingerprint, IPL, ZSim, DSim and XML. Connectivity spans serial, USB and Fast Ethernet, and the touchscreen LCD simplifies operator interaction. Maximum power draw is 900 W with a 9 W standby figure, and the 27.65 lb chassis measures 9.9 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 7.1 inches tall.
