Fitted with an internal rewinder and label taken sensor, the Intermec PM43CA1130040202 is a direct thermal and thermal transfer label printer that prints monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 12 in/s across a 4.25-inch maximum print width. It handles labels and tags up to 4.50 inches wide and 10.40 mil thick, on rolls to 8.38 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core, accepting gap, notch, black mark, continuous, linerless and fanfold media via a transmissive media sensor. Serial, USB and Fast Ethernet connectivity are standard, and language emulation covers Fingerprint, IPL, ZSim, DSim and XML. Onboard memory is 128 MB SDRAM with 128 MB flash. Power draw peaks at 300 W and drops to 9 W in standby, within an operating range of 41°F (5°C) to 104°F (40°C) and 20% to 80% relative humidity. The 27.65 lb chassis is Energy Star qualified.
