The PM43CA0130040402 is configured with an integrated rewinder and label taken sensor, making it the thermal transfer variant in the PM43c family built for continuous label output with automatic media handling. It prints monochrome labels at 406 dpi and up to 10 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width, accepting media up to 4.55 inches wide and 10.40 mil thick on rolls to 8.38 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core. Gap, notch, black mark and continuous label stocks are all supported via transmissive, reflective and label taken sensors. Connectivity runs across serial, USB and Fast Ethernet, backed by 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB flash memory. Language emulation covers Fingerprint, IPL, ZSim, DSim and XML, while the touchscreen LCD interface supports operation across the platform. The unit draws up to 900 W at peak and 9 W in standby from an AC supply, and ships with an EU power cord. At 27.65 lb it suits mid-range industrial desktop label production environments.
