Powered by a twelfth-generation Intel Core processor, it delivers the compute headroom needed for deep learning inference and real-time video analysis across single or multiple production lines. Four 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports with Power-over-Ethernet support up to four GigE Vision cameras, while four USB 3.2 ports accommodate up to four USB3 Vision cameras, giving vision system designers flexible camera topology. Dual standard Gigabit Ethernet ports handle enterprise network connectivity, and RS-232/RS-485 ports maintain compatibility with legacy line equipment. Supporting up to 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 256 GB M.2 NVMe SSD, the EV7 is pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Aurora Design Assistant software, enabling rapid deployment in demanding manufacturing environments.
