The Zebra CC5000-10 Customer Concierge is a tablet-style self-service kiosk designed for retailers, hoteliers, and customer-facing environments where guided, interactive service can strengthen loyalty and drive sales. Built around a 10.1-inch IPS multi-touch display at 1280x800 resolution, the CC5000-10 gives shoppers a familiar touchscreen experience while delivering enterprise-class capability underneath. An integrated 1D/2D barcode imager — the SE3307 decoded scanner — lets customers scan product barcodes or mobile-phone codes on the spot, while dual-band IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n wireless and Gigabit Ethernet on RJ45 keep the kiosk connected to store systems. Two full-size USB 2.0 ports allow optional accessories such as payment card readers or receipt printers to be added, turning the concierge into a point-of-sale station. A tamper-resistant design with no user-accessible buttons protects device settings, and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support alongside a 12V DC supply simplifies installation. The unit is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
