The Verkada BK22 is a cloud-managed touchscreen alarm keypad designed for security operations teams, IT administrators, and facilities managers who need more than basic arming and disarming at their sites. Its 7" LED-backlit multi-touch display lets on-site staff view live camera feeds and check the status of every alarm device, while the built-in VLink sub-GHz hub connects up to 160 wireless sensors from a single device. Two-way audio support gives SOC teams a direct communication channel with personnel on site during an incident. The BK22 connects to the BP32 or BP52 alarm panel via RS485 or LAN, allowing existing keypad wiring to be reused, and supports PoE for camera-only deployments without a panel. Through the Verkada Command web or mobile app, administrators can remotely monitor arm/disarm activity with paired camera footage, manage user-specific key codes, and automate key code revocation via Okta or Azure AD integration. A 10-year warranty and automatic firmware updates keep the device current without manual intervention.
