Linerless media support distinguishes the Intermec PB50B21004100 within the PB50 portable label printer line, making it compatible with linerless, receipt, label, tag and synthetic media stocks on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Direct thermal printing delivers monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 4.39-inch print width. The unit carries 16 MB of standard RAM and 64 MB of flash memory, runs on a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery pack at 14.8 V DC, and communicates via serial, USB and Bluetooth. An LCD display aids field operation, and IPL language emulation is standard. The package includes hand strap, shoulder strap, belt clip, protective case, cart mount, vehicle mount, battery pack, four-bay battery charger, AC adapter, truck power cables and forklift power cable. A one-year limited warranty applies.

The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
