Fitted with IEEE 802.11g wireless LAN alongside serial and USB interfaces, the Intermec PB50B10804100 is a direct thermal mobile label printer running on a rechargeable 14.8 V DC Li-Ion battery pack. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 4.39-inch maximum print width, handling label and tag media on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Standard memory is 16 MB with 64 MB of flash, and language emulation covers Fingerprint, IPL, ESC/P, DSim and CSim. The portable chassis measures 6.9 by 6.3 by 3.1 inches and weighs 2.62 lb, and ships with a belt clip, hand strap, shoulder strap, protective case, cart mount, vehicle mount, forklift power cable and four-bay battery charger. IP54-rated and CE marked, it carries UL, cUL and IEC 60950-1 certifications, and is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
