Configured for IEEE 802.11g wireless operation, the Intermec PB50B10803100 is a battery-powered direct thermal label printer built for mobile use in retail and warehouse environments. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s, with a maximum print width of 4.39 inches and a maximum label width of 4.39 inches on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Connectivity extends to serial and USB ports alongside the WLAN radio. The 16 MB of standard memory pairs with 64 MB of flash, and supported language emulations include Fingerprint, IPL, ESC/P, DSim and CSim. Media types accepted are labels and tags. The printer ships with a belt clip, status indicator and error condition indicator, and at 2.62 lb across a 6.9-inch by 6.3-inch by 3.1-inch chassis it is suited to field and on-floor label printing tasks. Power comes from a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.

Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
