Fitted with Bluetooth alongside serial and USB connectivity, the Intermec PB50B10004100 is a battery-powered direct thermal mobile label printer running at 14.8 V DC from a rechargeable Li-Ion cell. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 4.39-inch maximum print width, handling label and tag media on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Standard memory is 16 MB with 64 MB of flash, and emulation covers Fingerprint, IPL, ESC/P, DSim and CSim. The portable chassis measures 6.9 in tall by 6.3 in wide by 3.1 in deep and weighs 2.62 lb, and includes a belt clip, status indicator and error condition indicator. Certifications include UL, cUL, CE, IP54 and FCC Title 47 Part 15 Class B, backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
