MFDS-1100 Top Imager NTEP

The Datalogic MFDS (Mass Flow Detection System) is an advanced automated data collection solution designed for transportation, logistics, and e-commerce distribution centers handling non-conveyable parcels in high-throughput environments. Built around the D4 concept — Detect, Dimension, Decode, and Depict — it automates four critical data collection tasks that would otherwise require manual intervention. The system detects and separates items even when touching or running side by side on conveyors up to 1.5 m wide, delivers LFT-certified dimensional measurements accurate to ±0.2" for length and width and ±0.1" for height, decodes barcodes via both area imagers and laser readers, and captures multi-view images for video coding and condition documentation. Compliant with OIML/MID, NCWM/NTEP, and Measurement Canada certifications, it supports singulated and non-singulated material flows and connects via Ethernet, RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 interfaces.
