Depth of field reaches 3.2 in at 7.5 mil on Code 39, 4.7 in at 10 mil on Code 39, and 6 in at 13 mil on EAN13, covering contact reading distances typical of retail and low-throughput point-of-sale environments. The multi-interface host connection supports RS-232, keyboard wedge and USB deployments from a single unit. At 4.60 oz and measuring 6.3 in tall, 2.3 in wide and 3.3 in deep in a black handheld chassis, the TD1130-BK-65 ships with a stand included; a USB cable is ordered separately.

The Datalogic Touch TD1100 is a corded handheld contact linear imager barcode scanner designed for organizations that need a cost-effective, reliable solution for low-throughput barcode reading. Suited to retail service points, banking and finance, public administration, and libraries, it delivers excellent reading performance on virtually all 1D and stacked linear codes, including damaged or poorly printed barcodes. Two reading window sizes — 6.5 cm / 2.6 in and 9.0 cm / 3.5 in — accommodate both standard and wide codes on documents, books, and utility bills. USB and RS-232 interface options ensure broad host compatibility, while a drop resistance of 1.5 m / 5.0 ft adds durability that exceeds typical entry-level expectations. The compact, lightweight design and an innovative 'read-thru' holder also support comfortable hands-free operation at the point of service.
