Configured as a complete RS-232 kit, the Datalogic PBT9100-RBK20US bundles the PBT9100 handheld 1D linear imager scanner with a BC9030-BT base station, RS-232 cable, and power supply in a black and yellow housing. Bluetooth 3.0 wireless technology underpins the connection, and the scanner can be configured as Class 1 or Class 2 compliant; Class 1 operation supports open-air distances exceeding 90.0 m / 295.0 ft. The imager reads a broad 1D symbology set — Code 128, Code 39, UPC/EAN, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 93, GS1 DataBar linear codes, Codablock F and more — and uses a green scanning line technology designed to reduce eye strain during extended use. The handheld scanner measures 8.3 in tall, 2.9 in wide and 4.3 in deep, weighing 14.29 oz, with a serial host interface completing the connectivity options for warehouse and industrial deployment.
