Its laser-based imaging engine resolves bar codes to 5 mil and reads at a 4-inch scanning distance, covering both 1D and 2D symbologies in a single pass without regard to label orientation. Supported formats span all standard 1D codes including GS1 DataBar linear, plus 2D types -- Aztec Code, Data Matrix (ECC200 Only), MaxiCode and QR Code -- and stacked codes including PDF417, MicroPDF417, GS1 DataBar Stacked, GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional and GS1 DataBar Expanded Stacked. The unit measures 6 in high by 6 in wide by 3.4 in deep and ships with sapphire glass, a counter/wall mount and a 15 ft cable. RoHS and China RoHS compliant, it carries a 3-year limited warranty.

The Datalogic Magellan 3300HSi is a high-performance in-counter barcode scanner designed for high-volume point-of-sale environments in retail. Bringing imaging technology to the checkout counter, it delivers the speed and wide field-of-view associated with omnidirectional laser scanners while adding the advantages of a solid-state imager — with no laser modules or spinning motors to wear out. It reads all standard 1D linear codes, GS1 DataBar, and a full range of 2D and stacked symbologies, including Data Matrix, QR Code, Aztec Code, and PDF417, at up to 5 mil resolution. Both sweep and presentation scanning techniques are supported. A built-in Micro-SD card slot simplifies software management and firmware upgrades, while multiple host interfaces — including USB, RS-232, Keyboard Wedge, and IBM 46xx — ensure broad POS system compatibility. A 3-year factory warranty protects the investment.
