Fitted with IEEE 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC, the Zebra ZQ61-AUWB004-00 is a battery-powered direct thermal mobile printer that prints monochrome labels and receipts at 203 dpi and up to 4.53 in/s across a 1.89-inch maximum print width. Its 3250 mAh removable battery supports operation across a -4°F (-20°C) to 122°F (50°C) temperature range, while an IP54 ingress rating provides dust and water resistance in field environments. Media rolls up to 2.20 inches in diameter and up to 6.50 mil thick are handled via black mark and gap sensors, with label widths to 2.18 inches and print lengths to 32.01 inches. The 256 MB memory supports CPCL, EPL, ZPL, and ZBI 2.0 emulation, and the printer runs on Zebra's Link-OS platform with iOS, Android, and PC compatibility. CE, TUV, and CSA safety certifications apply, and the unit ships with a 1-year limited warranty.
