Fitted with an integrated IEEE 802.11g wireless radio and shipped with a radio card, the Zebra R12-8K1-00000-R0 is a UHF RFID printer-encoder that prints and encodes monochrome smart labels at up to 14 in/s and 203 dpi across a 4-inch print width. It handles continuous, die-cut, black mark and notch media up to 4.50 inches wide, 12 mil thick and 12.50 ft long on rolls up to 8 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core, using both transmissive and reflective sensors. Connectivity spans serial, parallel, USB and Fast Ethernet alongside the fitted wireless LAN, while 16 MB of SDRAM and 8 MB of flash support ZPL II and XML emulation. A real-time clock and LCD display are standard. The 50 lb chassis is certified to IEC 60950-1, FCC-B, EN 55022 Class B and C-Tick, with China RoHS compliance and a one-year limited warranty.
