Wireless LAN connectivity sets the PB22A10804000 apart within the Intermec PB22 family, making it the WLAN-equipped configuration of this portable direct thermal label printer designed for warehousing, distribution, retail and enterprise asset management. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 2.20-inch print width, accepting label and receipt media on rolls up to 2.25 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core, detected by both a transmissive media sensor and a label taken sensor to minimize errors. On-board memory runs to 16 MB standard and 64 MB flash, while IPL, Fingerprint, ZPL II and ESC/P emulation cover broad compatibility. Serial and USB ports supplement the WLAN radio, and a 2250 mAh Lithium-Ion battery powers field operation. The IP54-rated, portable chassis measures 6.9 in tall by 4 in wide by 2.8 in deep and meets a 5-foot multiple drop specification, with SmartSystems remote device management available for deployment support. Coverage is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

The Honeywell PB22 is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer designed for warehouse operatives, distribution center staff, retail associates, and field service technicians who need reliable on-the-go label printing. Printing at 4 in/s at 203 dpi, it delivers sharp monochrome labels and receipts up to 2.20" wide, keeping workers productive across demanding environments. Standard RS-232 Serial and USB v.2.0 interfaces are complemented by optional Bluetooth and 802.11b/g wireless connectivity, giving IT teams the flexibility to integrate the PB22 into existing wired or wireless infrastructures. An IP54-sealed, portable housing withstands a 1.5 m drop to concrete, while an operating temperature range of -15°C to 50°C ensures dependable performance from cold storage to the loading dock. With 16 MB RAM and 64 MB Flash, plus support for IPL, ZPL II, ESC-P, and Fingerprint programming languages, the PB22 adapts readily to enterprise labeling workflows.
