Configured as a scanner-only shelf-mount unit with a short platter, the Datalogic 931013110-00310 is an in-counter barcode scanner supplied with a power brick and EU power cord, with cable sold separately. It uses digital imager technology with LED illumination to read both 1D and 2D codes simultaneously across all planes, covering standard 1D symbologies including GS1 DataBar linear codes, stacked formats such as PDF417, MicroPDF417 and GS1 DataBar Expanded Stacked, and 2D formats including Aztec Code, Data Matrix, QR Code and Micro QR Code. The scanner operates up to 86080 lux ambient light and carries a 25kV air electrostatic discharge rating, with maximum power consumption of 12 W. Host interfaces include USB, Serial and IBM 46XX in a multi-interface configuration, and grayscale image capture outputs BMP and JPEG formats. The 11.5-inch-wide chassis operates from 50°F (10°C) to 104°F (40°C) and stores from -40°F (-40°C) to 158°F (70°C) at 5% to 95% non-condensing humidity, suited to retail POS and self-checkout environments.

Description

The Datalogic Magellan 9300i is a high-performance in-counter barcode scanner designed for retail checkout environments, including traditional POS lanes and self-checkout kiosks. Its digital imager reads both 1D and 2D barcodes seamlessly across all scanning planes, eliminating the need for cashiers to orient items — accelerating throughput and reducing errors at the point of sale. A traditional bonnet height with large horizontal and vertical windows allows optimum positioning alongside touchscreens, payment terminals, and printers, while maintaining ergonomic comfort for both seated and standing cashiers. Connectivity via Serial, Powered USB, and IBM 46XX interfaces ensures broad POS system compatibility, and optional ScaleSentry shrink monitoring technology makes the 9300i a capable loss-prevention tool for grocery and general retail operations. A 1-Year Factory Warranty is included.
