Fitted with an icon-graphics LCD interface and running at 300 dpi, the Intermec PC23DA0000031 is a direct thermal desktop label printer that prints monochrome output at up to 6 in/s across a 2.10-inch print width. It accepts self-adhesive labels, linerless stock, tags, non-adhesive tags, floodcoat and continuous paper up to 2.36 inches wide and 35 inches long, on rolls to 5 inches in diameter with a 1.50-inch core, detected by a transmissive media sensor. The 2.4-inch LCD, 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM and 128 MB of flash memory support IPL, Fingerprint, DSim, ZSim, XML and E-Sim emulation, while a real-time clock and a broad symbology set — including Aztec Code, Data Matrix, PDF-417, QR Code and POSTNET — extend application reach. USB connectivity and 24 V DC input are standard in a 3.20 lb chassis measuring 4.9 in wide by 8.5 in deep by 6.9 in tall. Energy Star qualified and RoHS compliant, it carries CE, FCC, C-UL-US and UL certifications among others, and is backed by a one-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PC23d by Honeywell is a compact 2-inch direct thermal desktop label printer built for IT and procurement buyers who need a reliable, easy-to-deploy printing solution in space-constrained environments. Suited to healthcare, retail, hospitality, light-duty manufacturing, and warehouse settings, it handles self-adhesive labels, non-adhesive tags, linerless media, floodcoat, and continuous paper strip roll up to a 5" roll diameter. Print resolution reaches up to 300 dpi, with speeds selectable up to 8 ips at 203 dpi and 6 ips at 300 dpi. Standard USB connectivity is complemented by a field-installable Ethernet module, and an optional factory-installed 13.56 MHz HF RFID module extends its capability to smart label applications. The 2.4" LCD user interface supports ten languages, and 128 MB Flash plus 128 MB RAM provide solid on-board processing. Broad command language support — including IPL, ZSim, DSim, and ESim — makes integration and migration straightforward, while a disinfectant-resistant case and Energy Star compliance add long-term value.
